The missing piece: A viable movement for you
When we feel stuck, it is often not because we have no ideas. It is because the options we can see do not really work for us.
What we are looking for instead is a way forward you are more likely to be genuinely okay with afterwards. Even when the experience itself was difficult.
For such movements, two qualities matter:
Self-authored movements
We want to move toward what you actually want — not what you think you should want, and not at the expense of other things that matter to you.
The clearer you get about what you actually want, the better your chances of getting more of it into your life.Non-coercive movements
Change often comes with pressure to be more assertive, more disciplined, more accepting, less afraid, or simply different. But if that requires pushing important parts of yourself aside, it tends to come at a cost.
We look for a way forward you can just do — without having to make yourself act differently.
The goal is not the perfect move. It is to get clear enough about what matters to you and how you want to handle the situation that you can move forward without needing to know exactly how it will turn out.
