How I work

I work with people when something important has become difficult to move — in their lives, in their leadership, or in their organizations.

At the core of my work is making visible what is actually shaping a situation: what is pulling from where, what belongs to whom, and where there is room to move. What previously felt tangled becomes workable.

From trying to doing. From everything at once to this here. From stuck to alive.

Sometimes that means making a decision. Sometimes changing how a situation is handled. Sometimes finding a way through competing demands without forcing an answer too early.

About me

I’ve always been drawn to what sits underneath the obvious explanation — the structures, assumptions and dynamics that shape what happens.

Having clear what are the real factors, makes it so much easier to invest energy and attention into what matters.

That led me first into mathematics and technology, and later into consulting, leadership and organizations. Over time, the interesting problems increasingly stopped being purely technical. They were about people making difficult decisions, navigating competing demands, working with power and uncertainty, and finding ways forward when the obvious solutions weren’t enough.

My own work eventually took me further into coaching and human development. Today I bring those worlds together...
